  1. Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructures PLC, with registered office at Great West House 17th Floor, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9DF, United Kingdom, and/or its subsidiaries are the Data Controller.
  2. You can contact Atlantica’s Data Protection Manager at the postal address indicated or at the e-mail address .
  3. Your identification data (name, surname, signature, image, and/or voice), corporate contact data, professional data (position, company or center), and your interventions at the Event (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Personal Data”) will be processed with the purposes indicated in this authorization, based on your express consent. Likewise, the personal data related to your interventions in the Event may also be included in the extracts that may be made and published about the Event, based on your express consent. These extracts will be published in the same media as those previously indicated.
  4. Atlantica has contracted the services of service providers who can access your Personal Data to provide a service to Atlantica, and with whom Atlantica has signed the confidentiality and personal data processing agreements required by the regulations to protect your privacy.
  5. Insofar as the disclosure of your data or the contracting of suppliers implies a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, this will be done on the basis of a decision on adequacy by the European Commission, adequate guarantees, or on the basis of your explicit consent. You have been informed that the transfer of data, based on your explicit consent, to recipients located in countries that do not protect their data as required by European regulations, means that you will not be able to make a claim either to the recipient or to the supervisory authority in connection with the use of your personal data. By consenting, you assume the risks in connection with any use of your data by recipients in those third countries. Furthermore, due to the international nature of the Atlantica group, it is possible that your personal data may be transferred and shared with Atlantica entities in our offices outside the European Union. Atlantica protects such transfers in accordance with the international data transfer agreements adopted, which incorporate the Standard Data Protection Clauses (Standard Contract Clauses) adopted by the European Commission. To obtain a copy of the Standard Contractual Clauses applicable in the EU adopted by Atlantica, please contact the Data Protection Manager indicated at the beginning of this document.
  6. The personal data will also be processed to fulfill Atlantica’s legal obligations and may be disclosed to the courts in the cases provided by law.
  7. You have the right to revoke the consent at any time.
  8. Unless you revoke the consent given here, your Image and Voice will be kept for as long as the personal data is used for the purposes abovementioned, once it is no longer used, for a period of five (5) years. Notwithstanding the above, Atlantica may process your Personal Data during the applicable prescription periods to demonstrate compliance with its legal obligations.
  9. You have the right to request to Atlantica the access to your Personal Data, and its rectification or suppression, or the limitation of its processing, or to oppose to the processing, as well as the right to the portability of the Personal Data. For this purpose you can send an e-mail to the address of the Data Protection Manager or a letter to the postal address of Atlantica.
  10. You can file a complaint with the Data Protection Manager of Atlantica or the applicable Data Protection Authority.
