The subsidiaries of Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure PLC, which comprise the Atlantica group (hereinafter “Atlantica”) are listed in the last consolidated annual report published on the website www.atlantica.com.

Your data will be kept for as long as the investigation is carried out and, even later, for the applicable legal terms and until the limitation period for any possible responsibilities deriving from your claim has expired.

Your personal data will be processed by Atlantica with the purpose of addressing your complaint, ordering the necessary proceedings and exhaustively monitoring its status, processing and closure.

Atlantica will process your identification data and contact data, as well as those data strictly necessary to address your claim.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the data requested are mandatory and failure to provide them will make it impossible to respond to your request.

In the event you provide data from third parties, you declare that you have obtained their consent and undertake to provide them with the information contained in this clause.

The processing of your data in order for Atlantica to address your complaint responds to the compliance with a legal obligation.

Your data may be transferred to public administrations, judges and courts in the cases provided for by law.

Atlantica may transfer your personal data to other entities of the Atlantica Group located outside the European Economic Area, for which purpose contractual clauses have been signed according to the standard set by the European Commission or the appropriate confidentiality and intra-group data processing agreements covered by the legitimate corporate interest of the group.

You have right to:

  • Obtain confirmation about whether Atlantica is processing personal data that concerns you or not.
  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request the erasure of your data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • Obtain the limitation of the personal data processing from Atlantica, among other reasons, when any of the conditions set out in the data protection regulation is met.
  • File a complaint to our Data Protection Manager, through the electronic or postal addresses indicated above, or to the applicable Data Protection Authority in case you consider that the processing of your personal data violates your rights granted under the existing data protection regulation.
